Apparent Software did not and will not sell or rent any personal information supplied to us by our customers, except as may be required by law. This includes contact information, such as names, emails, addresses or anything that you share with us during support interaction.

Third-party services that we use
Freshdesk: We use Freshdesk for our support system, so if you send an email to email@example.com or open a ticket on our support site, we'll use Freshdesk to reply to you. Its privacy page is here.
When you check for updates within applications downloaded from our site, the application sends your current version to our server. A server log will also record a visit, including your current application version, your browser and your IP address. We cannot use the IP address to identify a person, nor do we wish to do so.
ImageFramer Library updates
When ImageFramer (purchased from our website) checks for frame library updates, it sends its current version and the license key to our server to verify you can access the requested frames. Our server log also records the visit.
Deleting your data
You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to ask us to delete any information we keep about you. This includes personally identifiable sales information (if you purchased via our website) and any past discussions logged in our support system.
